It was once you cannot type correctly with your classic Khmer Unicode fonts. However, this can be fixed with just a simple installation of a newly developed fonts (though this is nothing new). The fonts which all start with initial “Kh” i.e. Kh Battambang can be typed correctly in Photoshop.
I have tested it with Photoshop CS4 and I think it works with Photoshop CS2 or later. But I haven’t tested it in Photoshop CS or older. Yet, it doesn’t hurt to give it a try.
Links to download:
(you just want to download one of these)Self-install Package
Manual Install Zip
How to install:
1. Download the self-install package and open it.
2. Click “Install” and it is done.3. Start Adobe Photoshop and look for fonts with initial Kh (not Kh_) i.e. Kh Battambang, change keyboard language and try typing it. :) You’ll see it works!
For manual install package, point the extract source to Windows Fonts folder. All fonts start with “Kh” initial i.e. Kh Battambang
