physiopathologie du syndrome hépatorénal

Le syndrome hépatorénal est une forme d'insuffisance rénale de nature purement fonctionnelle pouvant se développer au cours de la cirrhose.
Au cours de la cirrhose, l'hypertension portale sinusoïdale conduit à une vasodilatation splanchnique et systémique responsable d'une diminution du volume sanguin artériel efficace. Un état de vasoconstriction rénale se développe, menant d'abord à une rétention hydrosodée, puis, dans les cas les plus graves, à l'insuffisance rénale en l'absence de toute pathologie organique rénale.

Triade symptomatique de la Tumeur Rénale se compose de:
1. Masse lombair à la palpation
2. Douleur au niveau de région lombair (unilatérale - gauch ou droit)
3. Hématurie totale

Selon l'expérience en pratique, presque tous les cas clinique ,qui se présentent de ce triade symptomatique, sont les signes d'alerte pour s'orientation vers Le Cancer du Rein.

AVG Slows your pc? No, It doesn’t! See how it won’t slow your computer…

There are plenty of people who have tried AVG 9.0. In my country, everyone always say that AVG slows their computer down. For me, I have been using AVG for almost 5 years now and find no issue on this antivirus program. I gotta say that I used it since it is in version 7. It was a breakthrough for AVG! I used a free version of AVG but everything was fine with my pc so I have been constantly updating and using AVG since then. In fact, I have used McAfee and Norton for years, but it was no use. I think AVG license is pretty cheaper than other programs and I can count on this program. Moreover, it does not demand much of my computer resource and it is easy to use (Friendly User Interface), easy to manage and easy to update its virus database.
Back to my topic; Most of my friends usually argue about the slowness of their PCs after using AVG. In fact, it doesn’t slow your computer down, but there is just something you don’t know happen in the background.

Now, I would tell you why you experience slowness:

1-    After completely installed AVG, it asks you to run a full scan and schedule it regularly. But, you don’t really care about it and you just click ‘Yes’ and ‘Next’ and then, installation finishes. Therefore, next time you start AVG, there will be a full scan of your computer in the background that reduces the speed of your PC. You can also notice an icon in the taskbar showing that AVG is scanning as well.

Anyway there is a resolution for this! First of all, stop this scanning. And go to AVG. Go to ‘Tools’ and ‘Advanced Setting’. There, you’ll find a list in the left. Choose ‘Schedules’ then ‘Scheduled Scan’. UNCHECK ‘Enable this task’ and finally, hit OK.

2-    When you are scanning your PC, you can always change your PC speed. When you are scanning, AVG provides speed option for you to choose from. If you are working on something whilst AVG is scanning, you could possibly set to ‘Slow Scan’ and that won’t slow your computer down (but scanning will take longer time to finish). If you don’t work on anything whilst scanning, why don’t choose fast scanning? But if you are not sure, there is already an option that chooses for you automatically. It is ‘Automatic’.

3-    You may cancel ‘Scheduled Scan’. AVG does not recommend this. But I do recommend this because AVG is already a safeguard. Just run a full scan once in a month, and it is enough.
Thus, you won’t find it slows your computer again. And you probably love it just like I do.

Stage: État Générale, comment on peut évaluer?

À l'hôpital, il y en a des dossier de records de l'évolution des malades. État Générale est un phrase très utile pour savoir l'évolution et aussi l'efficacité du traitement. Il y en a quelque score pour cet phrase: Amélioré, Stationné, Diminué. Mais, comment on peut metter le mot Amélioré ou diminué dans le dossier?
Principalement, il y a quatre critères à retenir avant tout.
Ce sont 3 As et 1 C: Asthénie (Fatigue), Anorexie (Faim), Amaigrissement (Perte du poid) et Conscience.
Bon, maintenant vous pouvez évaluer l'état générale de vos malades grace à ces trois critères ci-dessus.

I am in ordinary kind. I am quite unpredictable and you won't know my mind either. Usually, being the most youngest friend/student and that makes me sick. It is my nightmare. I've got piles of friends who is in my dad's brother ages (guess who is dat!). I wasted much time and I don't think I'm gonna waste more. Well, you'll know how I am more when you are ma buddy.
I dunt know why there is discrimination in school. Hiscore students usually walks with hiscore students and they even care nothing about their lowscore classmates. I hate this sorta Clique. In school, I barely sit in the front row but I never fail a subject. I dunt think a good relationship (in other way beside study) with teachers in schools can make a prolific future. I knows lots of friends who hardly catch the teachers' words. I see their potentials. I eventually tell them to 'try' and they can make it! I know that a good students are made; not born!
I am born to help. I am now dedicating my entire teenage life on studying medical sciences. Sooner or later, I am a doctor. Knowing my patients who have incurable disease is sadly disappointed. But JUST standing and seeing them is tremendously painful for me. I'm not really happy to see them cured; I am happy to see them without any disease-anywhere beside hospital and cabinet.
I am also working on my B.A.(TESOL)Eng. I wanna share my ideas, thoughts, and knowledge to everyone and get from them back as well. Sharing experience with my friends is my best part of my life!
I deeply hate the word 'Lie'. I know that lying is a natural matter but by trying to stop it is a great way to know me. Formule: Nombre de paquet fumé x année de tabagism.
Par exemple, un homme qui fume deux paquet de cigarette depuis 5 ans, reçoit 10 paquet année (2x5).
